Monitors and analyzes data and documents for quality and associated risk to which business process is subject. Ensures compliance with corporate risk, regulatory and/or investor requirements. Monitors and analyzes transactions for data quality, risk, client experience, and workflow efficiency. Participation with complex review/audit or remediation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Support the day-to-day needs of Mortgage Lending by providing data analysis, project deliverables, risk management and operational needs to achieve strategic objectives. Perform analysis of findings and trends using statistics, modeling, process documentation and profitability analysis. Identify root cause, gather requirements and provide recommendations for identified issues by collaborating with Stakeholders including but not limited to, Origination, Servicing, Secondary Marketing, Mortgage Lending Administration, Risk Management Organization, Model Risk Management, Internal Audit, external auditors and consultants to elicit business needs, gather requirements and offer solution. Prioritize analysis of exceptions, findings, reports, processes, controls and technology for optimum deployment of mortgage resources for increasing profitability and reducing risk. Develop competitive industry studies, key performance indicator (KPI) metrics and key risk indicator (KRI) metrics. Effectively summarize and present findings and project results to Mortgage leadership. Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs), business partners, technology group and others to develop clear and accurate reporting, process maps, financial insight, operational support and analysis. Demonstrate a positive organized, efficient, detail-oriented and creative mindset in all work activities. Perform work with autonomy

Research and Root Cause Analysis

Quality Oversight process – reviewing fails, LOB rebuttals, QC of testers (10%)

Develop new tests and updating current test – test plans, reference guides

Control Development and Testing

This position may require teammates to telecommute. When telecommuting is required, a telecommuting agreement will be leveraged to define work arrangements with management. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent education and related training preferred or equivalent work experience Zero to two years of experience in any combination of finance, operations, risk management, quality assurance, consulting, product development, project management, banking or equivalent (experiential advanced degrees may reduce this requirement) Excellent decision-making and verbal skills Ability to synthesize complex data and deliver findings in a simple and easy to read format Demonstrate ability to listen, ask questions and comprehend new or complex matters Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications, MSP, and Microsoft Office software products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient with Black Knight’s Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) servicing system and overall mortgage servicing processes (e.g. acquisitions/transfers, Customer Service, Escrow Administration, Payments, Payoffs, Investor Reporting, Collections, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy)

****This position will report to the office Mon-Thurs with Friday's remotely.
