Description/Comment:

Enterprise Services Procurement Rapid Procurement Team (RPT)
What are the main functions of this role?
- Working a buyer's queue from start to finish (receipt of Purchase Requisition to delivery of material)
- Maintaining contact through email and phone with other Procurement agents, other Supply Chain personnel and with internal and external customers

How will the contractor's success be measured? (Quantifiable measurements):
- Success will be largely metric based. PO output, cycle time, managing of delinquent report, ticket processing time, customer satisfaction, etc..

Culture (Will this contractor be working in a collaborative team environment or as an independent contributor?):
- This position will require a mixture, however, day to day this position will be an individual contributor

Job Details:

Education Level Required: Bachelor's Degree
Years of Experience Required (if any): 1 year related experience.
Desired Skill Sets:
- Financial acumen
- Experience with Government contracts, process and procedure preferred
- Experience with automation tools
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook
