SUMMARY
Under general direction, assists with development and administration of competitive and legally compliant provider compensation programs. Provides analytical and research support to help ensure company compensation programs are competitive and cost effective. Conducts research, analyzes data and prepares recommendations requiring a broad working knowledge of compensation techniques, methods and practices. Serves as internal resource for questions on selected company salary administration and incentive programs. Provides administrative support for all provider compensation programs.
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
BS/BA (or equivalent education, training or experience).
EXPERIENCE
Two to five years of related professional experience.
SKILLS
Solid working knowledge of advanced compensation techniques, practices and regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to review and synthesize large quantities of data. Demonstrated use of advanced skills with spreadsheets, databases and word processing. A customer service orientation and a strong attention to detail are essential.
