As a Project Manager, Clinical Trials you will have the opportunity to:
- Proactively coordinate all project level operational aspects of VIDA's pharmaceutical trial services for assigned trial(s)
- Oversee customer support activities and ensures program work is completed to provide overall client satisfaction
- Coordinate project management activities, resources and information
- Engage with partner/sponsor project leaders to ensure overall project success
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that may arise
- Manage trial-specific CT analysis training procedures and perform CT scan analysis, as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in life or health sciences or project management related field; or equivalent education and experience
- Previous professional experience in project management and coordination
- Strong written and oral communication skills as this role is client facing
- Proficient at creating timelines, schedules, and action plans
- Excellent time management and organizational skills are necessary for this role. Successful candidates can effectively multi-task and be creative while solving complex issues.
- Interest in supporting global customer base including willingness to be flexible to support customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in clinical trial management
- Knowledge of radiology and/or imaging experience with CT scans
- Prior experience working with Salesforce.com CRM software
