Job Summary
Support the pilot of a new cloud-based digital underwriting platform designed to replace manual underwriting transactions, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and management of the pilot.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining milestones and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Status Reporting: Prepare and present regular status reports on project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders.
- Agile Management: Utilize Agile methodologies and JIRA for project tracking and management, facilitating sprints and ensuring timely delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation on project processes, decisions, and changes using SharePoint.
- Testing Coordination: Assist in identifying and managing testing requirements to ensure the platform meets necessary specifications.
- Collaboration: Work directly with team members to address issues, facilitate communication, and drive project momentum.
