Project Manager
Position Overview
Our CPG client is searching for a Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems and SalesForce integration, along with exceptional skills in project and stakeholder management to ensure that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Location: Hybrid, Denver, CO
Duration: 6 months, up to 40hrs/week
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
- Utilize ERP systems and SalesForce integration to streamline project processes and enhance productivity.
- Implement change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems.
- Manage project risks by identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the data migration process, ensuring data integrity and security during transitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure project alignment and resource availability.
- Conduct regular project assessments and provide updates to stakeholders on progress and any necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong focus on ERP systems and SalesForce integration.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficient in change management techniques and strategies.
- Experience with data migration and working with cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Vendor management experience is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
