As a Project Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting project activities and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will be responsible for assisting project managers, coordinating project tasks, and maintaining project documentation. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in contributing to the success of our projects.

You will report directly to our Project Manager and you'll work out of our Mason, OH location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact project efficiency, documentation accuracy, communication, and overall project success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects
  • Coordinate project tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Support project team members and facilitate effective communication
  • Assist in resolving project issues and risks
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and implement best practices

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project administration or related roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience in supporting project management activities
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
