Position Overview:
The Program Specialist for Postsecondary Student Organizations is a full-time position responsible for supporting the planning, development, and implementation of professional development opportunities for postsecondary student organizations. This role includes assisting with resources for faculty, staff, administrators, students, and partners, while ensuring that conferences and training programs are effective and impactful. The incumbent will also serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, representing the organization at local, state, and national levels.
An associate’s degree (a bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited four-year institution). Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Google Suite (i.e. Google Docs, Sheets, Slides). Experience creating digital and print content. Ability to work independently or in a team-based, collaborative settings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task.
