Full Job Description

Shared Services is an org that brings together the Privacy Review Operations Team, Integrity Operations, Vendor Operations and a newly consolidated Training team. This team closely aligns operationally similar work that does not require specific compliance expertise into one team. This allows us to gain efficiencies of scale, create enabling synergies across GRC teams, and be able to more effectively support our core XFN and the Integrity, Security, and Privacy functions within GRC.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit large, complex, cross-functional launch reviews to build quality assurance across product launches at scale
  • Spot complex, ambiguous, cross-functional issues often unique to each launch
  • Audit and recommend improvements to the review process spanning across process, adherence and tooling
  • Ability to align with internal stakeholders on quality scores and feedback
  • Communicate proactively to cross-functional partners, prepare formal recurring communications, and ability to defend quality decisions
  • Engage and build relationships with RRPMs to ensure that quality controls are understood, implemented during launch reviews, and remediated as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or international equivalent
  • Experience building and managing relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders at a program level
  • Demonstrated experience keeping up with deadlines under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • 4+ years experience in a project or program management within a consulting, operational, financial or software/hardware business with experience working independently, managing multiple concurrent processes and projects, and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • 2 years experience in quality management and/or auditing function

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a rapidly changing tech or startup environment.
  • Experience working with data privacy, regulatory, compliance, or integrity functions
  • SQL/data experience
  • BA/BS in an empathetic analytics or social field or (e.g. Human Rights, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, User Research, or related field).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65 to $75/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
