We’re seeking a seasoned professional with a unique blend of business acumen, program management expertise, and leadership skills. Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience within Business, IT, or an equivalent
  • At least 3 years of portfolio, program management and/or project management leadership roles. Project management professional certification preferred (PMP)
  • Proven experience delivering large complex programs across multiple teams
  • Complex problem-solving and experience establishing processes that strengthen fact-based decision making
  • Demonstrated expertise of developing consensus and influencing effective outcomes across diverse teams
  • Strong communication, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of building program plans and dashboards in Jira
  • Proven experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies and working with both scrum and kanban teams

Responsibilities:
As a Sr Program Manager, you will focus on the planning and delivery of a strategic initiative.

  • You will partner with multiple leaders to create, manage, and track value delivery on assigned initiatives.
  • You will lead and execute all aspects of program management, including scope, schedule, capacity, risks, and dependencies.
  • Manage a complex program with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
  • Develop and execute a detailed program plan, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues, delivering status reporting to stakeholders
  • Provide bi-weekly status reports to all stakeholders as well as present updates, risks, achievements to senior leadership monthly

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65.997 to $73.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
