REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

10 plus years experience with a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management & Leadership, or equivalent relevant Master's Degree or 15 plus years of experience with an equivalent relevant Bachelor's Degree

Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP)or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification, or DAWIA Level III Program Management (PM)

Active Secret Security clearance

Position Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall delivery of services
Interface with government management personnel, staffing of all tasks, formulating and enforcing work standards
Create personnel and project schedules
Review work discrepancies and communicate government policies, purposes and goals to the team
Communicate and manage staff work allocations and assignment progress to meet deadlines
