In this role you will:
- Ensure safe and effective operations in support of the manufacturing of products such as Meow Mix
- Collect and analyze data to help in delivering a consistent performance aligned with our expectations for the highest quality and to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Flow to the work to assist teammates, as needed while promoting our Company culture as defined by our Basic Beliefs and Our Commitment to Each Other

Whether you are interested in the making of the product or working on one of our packing teams, we have a spot for you.

What We're Looking For:
- Manufacturing experience (preference for pet food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods)
- A proven track record of good attendance and consistent performance delivering consistent safety and quality
- Capability to work well in a team environment and be willing to help solve problems and implement solutions with diverse employees
- Must be willing to be on shift (12-hour 2-2-3 shift rotation, fixed days or nights)
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment and follow all company Safety Rules & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)
- Able to operate, perform basic physical activities: climbing, standing, bending, twisting, and moving around stairs, ladders, platforms, and various equipment
- Capability to work well in a team environment and be willing to help solve problems and implement solutions
- Must be able to effectively read, comprehend, interpret, record, and apply information from documents
- Mechanical interest and operational skills
- Able to learn new systems, record operational data and communicate results
- Track quality and waste metrics
- Emphasis on sanitation/cleaning
- Able to lift objects up to 50 pounds frequently
- Willingness to flow to the work to meet the needs of the business
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
