Position Summary:
The Production Line Laborer will be assigned to a production shift with the responsibility of producing a quality product in an efficient manner.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Operate production equipment to produce a quality product that meets performance standards
- Must perform all work assignments safely and as directed by management
- Must relieve machine operators for breaks and lunches
- Must perform line cleanup and janitorial duties during production shifts
- Operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 18 Years of age
- 0 to 1 plus years of related experience working in a distribution, warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Willing and able to work any day or shift as we are a 24/7 operation
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to operate a forklift and manual/powered pallet jack and lift product
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot automated equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to work with computers to perform machine operations and quality checks
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Certified Forklift License
