This role is responsible for providing support throughout the entire implementation process, from conception to completion, including the assessment and execution of product improvements, introduction of new products, and maintenance of existing product portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Configures product release plans for a wide range of software applications and web properties. Creates and maintains an organized configuration management plan.
  • Manages portfolios and uses internal program management tools to ensure the successful execution of product releases and enhancements
  • Constructs, deploys, and establishes framework processes to guarantee swift and consistent releases, while also ensuring that quality standards are meticulously observed and maintained for each program under their responsibility.
  • Collaborates across functions to ensure that all teams contribute to a seamless release process.
  • Skillfully orchestrates and delivers comprehensive communication to various departments, fostering effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identifies potential risks and issues to mitigate and provide resolutions and/or escalates when warranted.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent), required.
  • 2+ years of related experience, required.
  • 5+ years of related experience, preferred.
  • Industry knowledge and an understanding of related best practices and processes such as strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods along with the ability to plan project stages and assess business implications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate across teams, levels, and functional areas of the organization.
  • Technical expertise with the ability to use industry related tools and systems.
  • Presentation skills with the ability to engage utilizing a variety of communication channels.
  • Program management skills with the ability to follow solid program management principles and successfully manage projects and/or programs of increasing complexity through monitoring progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
  • Program leadership skills with the ability to coordinate project phases, lead the work of others, and navigate project teams through roadblocks.
  • Skilled in analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths/weaknesses of alternative solutions, analyze costs and benefits, evaluate options, and implement solutions while managing resources appropriately.
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to influence and drive decision-making with internal stakeholders, customers, and/or vendors.
  • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
  • Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
