Full Job Description

Are you a Product Designer with Compiance experience?  We want to hear from you!  Keep in mind this is not a UX Designer role.  

Role Overview:

  • Function: Work with tour client’s organization to deliver compliant product experiences for a global audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systematic completion of projects aligned with CELA/compliance and Fluent designs.
  • Engage with Engineering, PM, Design, and other partners for implementation.

Work Breakdown:

  • Design Work: 50%
  • Meetings: 25%
  • Collaboration: 25%

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8+ years overall.
  • Education: No specific degree required, though a design degree is preferred.
  • Disqualifiers: Must have product design experience; UX design experience is not suitable.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong time management skills.
  • Experience working with stakeholders and understanding compliance.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to present past roles effectively.

Hard Skills Required:

  1. Figma Proficiency: Minimum 2 years with component libraries.
  2. Figma Experience: Minimum 2 years.
  3. End-to-End Product Design: Minimum 2 years of planning and execution.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55-$62 hour an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
