Project Support (Jr)
Washington, DC (Hybrid)
MUST:
Experienced Project Administrator
Must have 4+ years of experience
Must be eligble for a Public Trust clearance
Must have experience with operations management support such as logistics and coordination for meetings
Must have good administrative skills
Must have experience with agendas, preparing reports, briefings, meeting minutes and presentations
Must have a Bachelor's Degree or be enrolled in a college program.
DUTIES:
Provides general and technical research support to projects.
Support the program management staff in the preparation of deliverables, internal reports, briefings, and drawings associated with the project being supported.
Knowledge with standard Microsoft Office products or Google apps
Proficient in task coordination
Familiarity with project management methodology and practices.
Excellent oral, written, and electronic communications skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects led by different staff members.
Provide meeting and conference support.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
Provides executive administrative support to the management team.
