We are looking for a highly organized, customer service focused Office Coordinator to provide support to our corporate office.  Seeking an individual who is resourceful, self-reliant, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.  This position will interact with all Lincoln employees as well as clients and prospects and needs to display excellent communication skills as well as a friendly demeanor.  Situated in the Atlanta Market corporate office in Atlanta, Georgia, this is an extraordinary opportunity for a high-energy, motivated individual looking to build a meaningful career within the commercial real estate business.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in office operations and light reception duties
  • Prepare for client office visits and events and provide general support to visitors
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Review invoices and submit to accounting for payment in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of community initiatives and volunteer events around Atlanta that align with our company’s values
  • Maintain the general upkeep of the office
  • Coordinate team events that promote a healthy office culture
  • Assist Development team
  • Responsible for processing and coding development invoices
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

  • Ability to create and maintain certain reporting requirements as-needed
  • Outstanding teamwork skills demonstrating leadership, collaboration, and good communication

Desired Education, Experience, Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Experience in the commercial real estate industry preferred, but not required
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Some experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
  • Customer service experience a plus

This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
