JOB DESCRIPTION
The National Accounts Coordinator (NAC) is responsible for directing and assisting with the delivery and flow of qualified candidates to fill reqs on specific assigned National Accounts, typically working within an MSP program. The NAC is accountable for sales performance by delivering qualified candidates to fulfill job requisitions and assisting the account team with business development, compliance, and administrative duties. In addition, the NAC is expected to drive sales activity and advantages by building strong client, MSP, and procurement relationships.
Delivery Direction
- Managing req flow and support of assigned accounts on National Level
- Partner with Delivery Managers and Account Managers to ensure reqs are prioritized accordingly
- Work with branches to ensure local support exists as needed
- Work with recruiters to qualify/answer questions about reqs, submittal review, sending submittals to the client, and candidate follow up/feedback etc.
- Directing Offshore recruiting teams (when assigned) and assisting with daily allocation, providing submittal review etc.
Client Scorecard Reviews
- Track and manage fill expectations
- Track and manage response rate
- Track and review client expectation compliance
- Meet with client(s) to go over delivery performance and scorecard metrics.
Perform as a leader and the SME to address client needs
- Includes being a liaison between the MSP/client and internal Apex Management to make sure client needs are met
- Working with Account Managers, Recruiters, Delivery Manager, Managing Directors, etc to ensure specific account processes are being followed (VMS, rules of engagement, compliance, etc)
- Knowledge of client MSA’s compliance requirements, time entry/payroll processes etc., and communicating this with Internal/Delivery teams as needed.
Increase sell volume to the MSP client(s) to make less vendor neutral
- Communicating with MSP clients frequently to get updates on priority reqs, candidates in processes and building relationships and rapport with the MSP to gain advantages.
- Acting as an Account Manager in markets where there is no local AM
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of experience recruiting, prior client relationship building experience preferred
- Experience with VMS tools, Beeline preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Action and Process oriented
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to drive to results
- Ability to set and manage priorities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables at once
- Experience supporting European clients and/or operations preferred
- The hours for this role at 5am EST-2pm EST
