Position: Mobile Device Technician
Location: Woburn, MA
Rate: $22-25/hr W2
Duration: 2-month contract starting Sept. 23rd with potential for extension or conversion!
Mobile Device Technician
Position Description:
- Manage all aspects of mobile device procurement, including ordering, receiving, provisioning, system administration, and support services for end-user devices (phones and tablets) across all BILH entities and affiliates. This includes IT mobile device services for new hires, refresh, break/fix, device reclaims, asset inventory, asset quotes, and ordering.
- Perform daily tasks such as creating MDM profiles, deploying shared device hardware, supporting BYOD, and providing hardware/software support and troubleshooting. This also involves moving hardware between various MDM configurations.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems, hardware, software, and mobile device management suites.
- Follow instructions effectively and be able to hit the ground running.
- Interact respectfully with colleagues.
Required Skills:
- +1-2 years of experience working with mobile devices
- Knowledge of Apple and Android devices
- Experience with MDM
