Boston Consulting Group is in a period of rapid growth and transformation. Due to our continued growth, we are building out our Meetings and Events (M&E) Transformation team and looking for a Project and Change Co-op to provide general and project specific support for the team.
As a Project Co-op you will support the M&E Special Projects Team, a key group driving excellence and operational efficiency across all of M&E. You will play an integral role in supporting high-priority department initiatives, aiding in project and change management activities, developing on-demand materials, and contributing to continuous process improvement efforts. This role will also support the broader Meetings and Events (M&E) Team in driving adoption of services, tools and platforms, advancing key projects, and auditing systems as needed to ensure accurate data capture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in tracking and updating project timelines and tasks.
Help prepare presentations and reference materials for internal team use.
Support document management and organization, ensuring all project-related materials are up to date and accessible.
Provide administrative support for key projects, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and tracking action items.
Help review and revise existing resources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Assist with simple audits and checks to ensure data is correctly captured in our systems.
Assignments will be aligned to the student’s learning goals, skills and interests and may include cross-functional collaboration with other M&E and enterprise services teams.

Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in Northeastern University and approved by the university to participate in the January to June 2025 co-op cycle
Must be pursuing bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, or related field. Class or work experience in strategy, project management and/or change management preferred
Proficiency in MS office applications, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the willingness to be an active team player
Excellent time management skills: must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual preferred
