Northmarq is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of a Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to support our marketing and transaction efforts for our Multifamily Investment Sales teams in the Nashville office. The position entails working with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and the individual will require independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. This position will play a key role in assisting Sales Teams with graphic design, e-marketing, and photo editing in the promotion of our real estate listings including the deliverables and marketing campaigns.
*This position is an in-office position, with an immediate start date.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the creative direction, graphic design, and layout of marketing deliverables for Broker clients in a timely and accurate manner. Marketing deliverables include pricing analysis, offering memorandums, location maps, team brochures, emails, website landing pages, conference pieces, investment summaries, executive summaries, etc.,
- Provide quality control for all marketing deliverables (proofreading, style guide, production management, etc.)
- Monitor marketing campaign distribution through email schedules, tracking current listings for promotional needs while coordinating with sales teams, analysts, and marketing.
- Track and create web analytics and metric reports on lead generation such as downloads, opens, clicks, and web traffic.
- Participate in the company’s Property Marketing Peer Network
- Assist with additional marketing and graphic design-related projects assigned by the team as needed.
- Additional job responsibilities include supporting the team with deal transaction management, office administration tasks, and utilizing the Salesforce (CRM) system to drive business development and execution of marketing assets.
- Educational Background and Professional Experience: Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, along with hands-on experience in Graphic Design and Marketing Transaction and Broker Coordination, or a related discipline.
- Strong Proficiency in Adobe CC suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver are essential) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and database programs such as HubSpot and Salesforce or CRM preferred.
- Eagerness to learn and support the needs of the team in our evolving industry.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication, as well as strong presentation skills.
- Capacity and experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrates resourcefulness with a proactive approach, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to cultivate and sustain strong business relationships and commitment to superior client service. Maintain sensitive and confidential information.
- Candidates may be required to provide a portfolio link or work samples showcasing their marketing and design expertise, with a focus on print layout or multi-page design projects.
