Our client is changing the way that multifamily locations run their business. They are a succesfful Saas company in the real estate industry. They have experienced rapid growth and now, hiring for a Campaign Marketing Manager ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact support their evolving marketing initiatives.

This role is 100% remote!

This role reports directly to the SVP of Growth powering the tactical support of campaigns, lead generation, events, social and various other initiatives as directed to support growth.

Description:
The Campaign Marketing Manager has a critical role in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns across all of our segments. This position is crucial in helping to optimize pipeline and revenue growth. The Campaign Manager will collaborate with the broader marketing, sales, product and CS teams to develop and execute our Go-To-Market campaigns based on strategic directives. We are looking for a dynamic Campaign Marketing Manager with HubSpot experience to support marketing campaign execution and tracking across multiple channels, to support stated business objectives, foster customer retention and advance brand building as directed. 

Responsibilities:

  • Using the defined strategy and objectives, execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and creative, to ensure marketing tactics are well-coordinated, communicated and aligned with the activities of other teams
  • Monitor and report campaign performance across channels and digital properties for optimization monthly
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaign plans and strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Create, manage, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to generate new leads and pipeline, including events, communications, digital, and more. Innovate, learn, and optimize.
  • Coordinate and work closely with all functions to develop and execute fully integrated campaigns.
  • Work closely with teams to brief campaigns, provide enablement content, decks, collateral and materials including one pagers, emails and social messages to ensure effective follow-up of leads.
  • Collaborate to drive brand consideration campaigns.
  • Work with the SVP, to plan and execute activities to achieve a strong ROI for Marketing activities.
  • Plan and coordinate participation in relevant events, conferences, and workshops to promote our brand and drive leads.
  • Build campaigns in Hubspot for activation, tracking and performance.
  • Campaign segmentation selection
  • Create compelling collateral to support the business, and collaborate with other content support teams and the broader marketing team to produce relevant content such as blogs, articles, videos, and infographics etc to support campaign effectiveness.
  • Work with the broader marketing team to drive our online presence and digital marketing for campaigns including website optimization, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Measure, report, analyze, and optimize KPIs for all marketing campaigns and assess ROI. Ensure dashboards for tracking campaigns/lead sources are kept up to date and share insights across the team.
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external individuals who will support you in developing creative assets as needed
  • Project management of all campaigns.
  • Support the accurate tracking of marketing expenditures
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies
  • Copywriting as needed for campaigns, emails, social and other formats
  • Recommend new campaigns and tactical efforts to drive lead generation and growth
  • Ensure the timely launch of marketing campaigns
  • Monitor lead generation, conversion and wins from campaigns for reporting against stated goals
  • Carry out ad hoc duties as required to enable the delivery of the company aims and objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years relevant experience working in a B2B marketing role, ideally in campaign or growth marketing
  • 2 to 5 years proven experience in marketing, ideally in a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of various marketing channels and strategies, with a focus on digital marketing
  • Success in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Creative thinker who can develop and execute innovative campaign ideas.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Analytically minded including metrics-driven thinking with a focus on ROI.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle several projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Excellent project management, communication, and execution skills
  • Ability to think creatively with a results-driven mindset
  • Strong collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience planning and/or supporting both digital and in person events

Proficient or familiar with the following software/tools:

  • HubSpot - must have
  • SmartSheet
  • MS Office Suite
  • Canva
  • Adobe Suite
  • Google Analytics

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $40 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
