As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will manage item master parameters and help define Make-Buy for items while working with multiple entities and minimal supervision.

Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

Working with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sourcing to ensure BOM's (templates and project) are complete and accurate.
Working with Engineering and SQE to ensure Product Codes are defined and implemented correctly in the item records.
Working with Manufacturing, Sourcing and Engineering to define Make-Buy.
Supporting Engineering NPI and DMP efforts Point of contact for implementation and obsolescence management, cut over plans, ramp up and ramp down.
Supporting ERP implementations/enhancement initiatives.
Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager.
Defining processes, IT tools, trainings, value stream, etc. to be used by the manufacturing community.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).
Have high energy level, be a self-starter, and adaptable to change.
Demonstrate sense of urgency in dealing with issues and tasks.
Demonstrate Influential leadership skills.
Have ability to organize, assess, and prioritize tasks & resources.
Have presentation and Communication skills.
Have analytic and problem-solving skills.
