About This Role
A Manufacturing Process Maintenance Specialist III will provide customer-oriented service and support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Performs corrective and preventative maintenance on manufacturing Filling equipment, Isolators, Vial Washers, Autoclaves, Parts Washers, and Automatic Vial Inspection equipment. This position requires a solid understanding of manufacturing systems including mechanical, electrical and control principles. This position will be supporting NIGHT SHIFT from 6pm - 6am.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Responsible Engineers and Manufacturing personnel to troubleshoot equipment problems.
- Perform preventative and corrective work order maintenance.
- Assists in troubleshooting mechanical problems and work with outside vendors to resolve recurring issues.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures in performance of assigned duties.
- Maintain appropriate maintenance and repair logbooks.
- Work independently, with only general supervision and instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions on new assignments.
- Navigate in a CMMS system to find and close out work orders * Schedules workload with planner.
- Performs small projects as directed by the Supervisor.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or related manufacturing environment OR
- Associate's degree with a minimum of 3 1/2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or related manufacturing environment OR
- Bachelor's Degree in related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or related manufacturing environment
- This work requires occasionally climbing ladders, crawling into tight spaces, moving/lifting test equipment up to 50 lbs. as well as working in clean spaces where gowning is required.
- Ability to stand for up to 3 hours at a time is also required.
- This is a 2,2,3 12-hour shift from 6am - 6pm, once training is completed and you must be available to work nights.
- This role also requires overtime, off hours and rotating on-call to support customers.
Preferred
- Knowledge and usage of hand and power tools to perform assignments preferred.
- Knowledge of CMMS system
- Knowledge of Lock-Out Tag-Out to energized systems
