As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Performing daily production operations while following all applicable safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures; complete work promptly while maintaining excellent standards.
- Operating multiple machines simultaneously.
- Daily communication with Engineering teams, planners, Sales, and Management on a level necessary to allow closed-loop communication of assembly and scheduling issues.
- Inspection of purchased parts, components, and equipment.
- Work effectively in a multi-team environment; communicate with sales, planning, engineering, and management teams regarding assembly and scheduling issues.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution.
- Be available to work Swing shift- Monday through Friday, 2:30 to 11:00 pm, and overtime and weekends as needed.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, customer service (retail, food-service, etc.), clerical, technical, and/or mechanical
- Have a good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
- Be willing to learn and follow internal Health, Safety, and Environmental policies to ensure compliance.
- Have the ability to operate material moving equipment and/or obtain the necessary certification.
- Work with small parts and read fine text.
- Have the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Have the ability to read and interpret routine instructions.
- Work with approved chemicals.
- Lift up to 40 lbs.. unassisted.
- Be able to pass basic solder training.

Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time. Please keep in mind that the range stated above is the full base salary range for the role and does not include other forms of compensation.
