We are looking for a Mail Clerk to process and distribute all resident and guest incoming and outgoing mail.

JOB DUTIES

1. Check arrival, departure and "who's here" report to process mail correctly.
2. Ensure files are accurately maintained.
3. Receive mail from mail delivery truck on a daily basis; distributes mail appropriately.
4. Process all certified, registered and returning mail.
5. Handle all calls regarding mail.
6. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work well with others inside as well as outside the company
• Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet
