Overview:
This position is responsible for soybean loading and storage at the Bunge, Indianapolis, facility. This would include, but not limited to the following: shipping, receiving, and storage of beans, as well as operating equipment to load grain trailers with soybeans.
Benefits with annual increases possible.Starting pay $25.65/hr. Must be willing to work some weekends, some 2nd shifts ending prior to 10 p.m., usually during the harvest season.
Essential Job Functions:
- Clean silos and bowls in preparation of harvest
- Load and unload grain trailers
- Monitor computers and make process adjustments as necessasry
- Process paperwork per department procedures
- Communicate process and equipment deficencies with other operators, maintenance personnel, and supervisors
- Work flexible hours
- Perform cleaning within the department as directed
- Work safely and assist co workers as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
