Our Primary Care team is currently seeking a professional and detail oriented LPN. The LPN offers support for our prescribers, delegation and support for medical assistants, and provides trauma informed nursing services for clients within the medical department, virtually and within the community. Will deliver positive results as evidenced by utilization of outcome measures.
Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse include but are not limited to:
- Client education and support
- Phone call triage
- Medication administration & management
- Lab testing and obtaining vital signs
Position Requirements:
- Minimum High School diploma/GED
- Graduate of accredited school of licensed practical nursing
- One year experience working within a medical profession
- Licensed in the State of Ohio as LPN
- QMHS within 90 days of hire.
