The Panther Group is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate to partner up with a well-known law firm in West Palm Beach FL. This is a long-term contract position with competitive pay.

Litigation Associate Job Duties:
- Analyze and investigate litigation matters
- Develop arguments (including researching applicable caselaw)
- Prepare and review motions, briefs, and discovery
- Report to partners and clients regarding case status
Litigation Associate Job Requirements:
- Must have active attorney license in the state of FL
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Must have experience across Research, Discovery, Drafting, Arbitration Review and Discovery
- Trial experience is a plus but not required
- eDiscovery is a plus but not required
