Licensed Insurance Customer Service

State Farm Agency, located in Prescott, AZ is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a State Farm Team Member. This is a position focused on Customer Service and sales for a well-established State Farm Agent.
If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! You will work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience while helping to grow the agency!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options

Requirements:
- Property & Casualty license
- Life & Health license (must have or be in the process of obtaining)
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus!
- Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
