This is a hybrid position with in-office flexibility a few days a week during the summer of 2025.

POSITION SUMMARY & OVERALL PURPOSE:

The New Business & Advanced Sales Intern will spend 8 weeks supporting in various administrative and project-based assignments, that are designed in providing essential business insights and hands-on experience.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Primary responsibilities include the following:

? Process Support
o Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand operational processes.
o Aid in executing routine operational tasks.
o Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest ideas to enhance efficiency.

? Research and Analysis
o Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
o Assist in analyzing data and preparing reports using Excel or other tools.
o Support subject matter experts in gathering information for decision-making.

? Administrative Support:
o Help schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
o Assist with general administrative tasks such as organizing and maintaining team documentation and files.

? Training and Onboarding Assistance
o Collaborate with subject matter experts to support training initiatives.
o Assist in preparing training materials and resources.
o Help with research and outlining potential training formats such as pre-recorded and podcasting.

? Communication and Collaboration:
o Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
o Assist in preparing internal communications and announcements.

? Miscellaneous: Support the operational team in preparing and conducting in-person and virtual team-building exercises.

? High level of integrity and strict adherence to protecting confidential information.
? Good organizational and planning skills.
? Ability to manage time effectively.
? Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

? Rising senior of a four-year university preferred.

? Demonstrated leadership experience in college, community, internship, etc.

The hourly range for this position is $20.00 – $25.00 per hour. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
