About this role:
We are seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant to join our Risk Governance team focused on audit, issue, corrective action, control and risk support for the Workforce Experience and Productivity Solutions (WxPS) area.
The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Human Resources, Diverse Segments Representation and Inclusion, Legal, and Public Affairs business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Workforce experience & Productivity Solutions (WXPS). This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.
Within Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT), OCxO Risk Governance ensures applicable Enterprise policies are adhered to, risks are addressed, processes are followed, and metrics are achieved. The team does this while minimizing the impact to and ask of Application Development and Platform Management teams supporting a diverse portfolio of over 600 applications.
In this role, you will:
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
- Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
- Collaborate with EFT WxPS leaders and EFT Business Control Managers on audits, issues, corrective actions and controls owned by WxPS
- Participate in identifying, assessing, managing, and mitigating current and emerging risk exposures within WxPS
- Assist WxPS with documenting procedures, creating controls, executing sustainability, and detailing closure summary memos for issues and corrective actions.
- Monitor WxPS audits, issues and corrective actions and provide regular updates to WxPS leaders, OCxO leaders, and Business Control Managers
- Facilitate collection of audit responses
- Assist with control execution
- Advocates for clarity, efficiency, and simplicity in the compliance process on behalf of WxPS teams and leadership
- Collaborates with EFT teams to define the overall EFT execution approach and strategy for completing required tech-for-tech work
- Serves as an escalation and coordination point for enterprise partner teams
- Own process documentation via continuous development/improvement of various new & existing processes, including maintaining of confluence site.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk factors in key areas of technology risk including security, stability, and scalability
- Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
- Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Technology Business Systems, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of Risk Management or Control Management experience (audit issues, corrective actions, controls, etc..)
- 3+ years of solution consulting experience in a technology environment
- 3+ years of strategic planning in a technology environment
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of risk identification and documentation experience
- 3+ years Project Management experience
- 2+ years Agile experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet hard deadlines
- Strong experience interacting with senior leadership
- Intermediate Microsoft office experience, in particular with Excel

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
