Full Job Description
WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Lead Sales Coordinator at our corporate office in Portsmouth, NH. Under direct supervision, Lead Sales Coordinator is responsible for administration and oversight of sales coordinator team functions and duties to ensure compliance with deadlines and audit functions.



Responsibilities:


* Coordinates & Manages sales coordinator team to ensure sales programs and acts as a liaison between Sales Coordinator and Sales Director.
* Assists in troubleshooting, auditing and root causing complex issues and problems.
* Performs basic clerical and statistical reporting for Sales daily. Provides detailed reports to the sales force on ranking, and monitors rankings on a monthly basis.
* Coordinate maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting, including recommendation of system changes.
* Audits monthly commission and expense reports to clarify and direct uniform sales policies and procedures. Provides information to Sales Managers daily.
* Review system changes and preparation of mail campaigns and endorsement agreements for National Account Programs.
* Monitors Sales Manager salaries and commissions providing statistical information for structural review.
* Designs forms and supervises layout and desktop publishing.
* Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This includes meeting customer retention goals.
* Communicate to and work with the Sales Manager to resolve unique customer issues/concerns.
* Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.



Other Conditions:

This is a field position. Placement into or advancement to this position is dependent upon individual performance, local market conditions and/or Business Unit requirements.



Experience:

This position requires a minimum of Five (5) years of sales experience or equivalent job experience.

To fulfill the performance objectives of this position, the successful Lead Sales Coordinator must perform essential duties satisfactorily. * Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Have demonstrated leadership
* Exhibit proficient use of personal computer and WIN Waste sales tools (i.e., Salesforce, TRUX, Pricing Tools, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:


* High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
* Experience: Two (2) years previous work experience (in addition to education requirement). Applicable experience may be substituted for education requirements.
