Your Role as a Lead Dentist at Affinity:
As a Lead Dentist, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of patient care at Affinity. You will:
- Oversee the clinical performance of the practice while maintaining a strong patient focus
- Conduct comprehensive exams, develop personalized treatment plans, and educate patients on oral health
- Lead a team of dental professionals, mentoring and guiding their growth
- Collaborate with a network of specialists to provide comprehensive care
- Be a key decision-maker in patient care protocols and practice development
We're Looking For:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
- 5+ year of experience in dental practice, with leadership or management experience preferred
- Valid NY state dentistry license
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong clinical skills paired with a passion for leadership and patient care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
