Provide Systems Engineering and Operational Support for growing and strengthening Information Security Identity & Access Management (IAM) services. Primary focus will be support and administration of SailPoint IdentityIQ and development of Varonis reports and alerts, with additional duties to perform IAM-related operational controls and tasks.Accountabilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain availability of IdentityIQ including applying upgrades and patches and resolving technical issues on a timely basis.
- Onboard additional business applications into IdentityIQ.
- Maintain IdentityIQ codebase using Eclipse and Gitlab.
- Develop and maintain Varonis reports and alerts.
- Assess and resolve issues with IAM tools, process, and procedures.
- Provision user accounts and access across multiple and sundry business applications.
- Perform or monitor IAM controls; monitor regulatory issues.
- Provide IAM related requirement input and analysis in support of project initiatives.
- Research technologies and methods that better utilize existing technology.
- Develop proposals and implement new tools and processes to mature the Bank’s security program including automation of IAM Controls.
- Create, develop, implement and maintain security standards, procedures, and guidelines to mitigate risk in the Bank's information security posture; maintain integrity for audit and regulatory reviews.
- Maintain understanding of business processes to improve managing enterprise identity and access.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science or Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an information security role with focus on Identity & Access Management.
- 2-3 years of experience with administration of SailPoint IdentityIQ, including deployments using Services Standard Deployment (SSD), and developing custom workflows and rules using BeanShell, or similar experience administering SailPoint Identity Security Cloud; SailPoint Certification a plus.
- Experience with IDE and Code repository tools, Eclipse and Gitlab preferred.
- Thorough knowledge in the field of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
- Experience with scripting languages and operating system commands and CLI.
- Ability to make effective and informed decisions based upon a sound understanding of the issues and challenges of the organization.
- Effective in a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as well as interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized; able to plan and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- CIAM, CAMS, CIST or similar certification desirable.
- Knowledge of or experience with SOX or FHFA regulations is helpful.
Compensation Range:
Annual Salary: $106,467.00 - $118,993.00This salary range represents the Bank’s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of hire. Offer to be determined by selected applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills & abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This role is also eligible to participate in the Bank’s annual incentive plan.
