We are seeking an experienced in-house HVAC technician to complete work orders and be responsible for preventative maintenance and new installs.

Skill sets should include:

* 5+ Years of Commercial HVAC experience

* Universal certifications

* Boiler and Chiller experience is a plus

* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

* Basic computer skills, including email and SmartSheets is a plus

* Experience with older buildings is a plus

* Must be organized and maintain a clean work space

* Daily communication with the office manager on job progress and supply needs

* Reports to management upon job completion or when problems/discrepancies occur

* Adheres to established policies and procedures, paying particular attention to safety regulations

* Must have the ability to work on and support a team, basic computer skills and email knowledge, effective time management skill and the ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs
