Key Responsibilities:
- Organizational Development Focus
- Assist with LMS (Learning Management System) administration, including course uploads, user support, and reporting.
- Monitor and manage the Training mailbox, responding to inquiries and ensuring timely resolution.
- Learn and apply eLearning design tools, such as Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline, to create basic online training modules.
- Support the maintenance and updates of the Training SharePoint site, ensuring content is current and organized.
- Deliver facilitator-led trainings and coordinate logistics for on-site training programs.
- Human Resources Support
- Collaborate with the HR team to support broader HR initiatives and projects.
- Shadow HR Business Partners to understand their responsibilities and how they support the organization.
- Assist with onboarding, employee engagement activities, and other HR-related functions as needed.
Learning Opportunities:
- Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading learning tools and platforms.
- Develop facilitation and training coordination skills.
- Enhance knowledge of OD principles, including training design, delivery, and program management.
- Learn the responsibilities of an HR Business Partner and their role in driving organizational success.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- Strong interest in learning and development, organizational design, and HR business partnership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SharePoint or LMS platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with eLearning tools like Articulate Rise or Storyline is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Time Commitment & Expectations:
- AZEK’s summer Intern program runs from May 19th, 2025 – August 8th, 2025.
- Participants must be available for at least 11 out of the 12 weeks.
- Program runs for 40 hours/week, with the exception of the week of Memorial Day & Independence Day (unpaid holidays).
- Participants must be available for two in person events.
- Wilmington, OH week of June 2nd.
- Chicago, IL the week of July 21st or 28th.
- Weekly Lunch & learns 45-90 minutes.
