The Health Information Specialist will provide support for all incoming medical records requests that will be completed as well as filing incoming medical records for the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze, monitor, and complete record requests

• Process Incoming Records

• Perform Record Audits as requested

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED,

• At least (1) year office experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
