Job Purpose
The Head, Global Labelling Operations will lead the operational execution of GSK’s labelling processes and enabling systems and tools to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of labelling content to worldwide markets. This role will monitor oversight of the end-to-end labeling process, ensuring product labeling (prescriber, patient, and artwork labelling) is in line with GRA/GRO objectives and in compliance with applicable local and global regulations. This role is critical in ensuring adherence to our regulatory obligations and achieving operational excellence to support GSK’s global portfolio. A key focus of the role will be on fostering strong collaborations with stakeholders across global teams, driving a mindset of continuous improvement and successfully implementing innovative solutions to advance the labelling processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline labelling activities.
- Ensure adherence to global regulatory requirements and GSK written standards and procedures.
2. Process Improvement and Innovation:
- In collaboration with relevant Global Process Owners, Business Partners and IT functions, identify opportunities for process optimization and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance productivity in labelling operations.
- Champion and drive the adoption of new technologies to improve labelling workflows and structured content management.
- Monitor global labelling trends and regulatory changes and proactively address their potential impact on labelling processes.
3. Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and consistency in labelling content.
4. Team Development:
- Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing labelling operations team.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
5. Risk Management:
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with labelling operations.
- Ensure robust quality control and assurance processes are in place to maintain high standards of labelling accuracy and compliance.
6. Performance Metrics:
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of labelling operations.
- Report on operational performance and progress to the VP of Global Regulatory Operations.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs)
- Extensive experience in regulatory labelling operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
Previous line management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
A Master's degree or higher
Experience in identifying key business metrics and implementing a quantitative “dashboard” to evaluate performance against key measures
Experience in Veeva Vault regarding labeling and SKUs
- Proven track record of leading and managing global teams.
- Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements and labelling standards.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
