QUALIFICATIONS
- IAT level II Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, with 5+ years of professional web development experience.
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end programming languages and SQL/No-SQL database technologies. Desired experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, PostgreSQL. Alternatives include VueJS, Go, MySQL, ElasticSearch.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments and facilitating sessions across teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate design principles effectively, advocating for best practices.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and user-centered design/human-centered design principles.
- Knowledgeable about web accessibility requirements and best practices.
- Ability to navigate and adapt to challenges in a dynamic environment, managing customer expectations and coordinating with multiple teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage priorities effectively.
- A self-motivated individual who is proactive and driven to achieve high standards in development tasks.
Clearance Requirements
