Job Description:
Our client is hiring for a Federal Solutions Specialist -
An ideal candidate for this role would possess a blend of technical skills, personal traits, and relevant experience.

Required:
DoD Secret Clearance (we are not able to sponsor at this time)
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
- Proficiency with tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar.
- Cloud Services:
- Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with cloud-native services and hybrid cloud environments.
- System Administration:
- Expertise in managing Windows AD, DNS, Federation Services, Exchange/E-mail, MS SQL, and MS System Center.
- Monitoring and Management:
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging solutions.
- Ability to monitor and manage IaaS and PaaS uptime.
- Security:
- Knowledge of industry best practices, STIGs, and vendor recommendations for secure implementations.
- Networking:
- Understanding of network infrastructure, including configuration and layout of storage infrastructure.
- Kubernetes:
- Experience with container orchestration and managing Kubernetes clusters.
- Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Adaptability:
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments.
- Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
- Team Player:
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and support IaaS Architects.
- Customer Focus:
- Commitment to providing high-quality service and support to customers.
- Relevant Work Experience:
- Several years of experience in infrastructure provisioning, cloud services, and system administration.
- Project Management:
- Experience in project planning, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- On-Call Support:
- Experience providing 24/7 on-call support, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 Help Desk support.
- Documentation:
- Proven ability to create and maintain detailed architectural designs, plans, and documentation.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- CompTIA Security+
