Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $ 116,505.77 yearly
To allow for growth and salary progression the full salary range is $116,505.77 - $159,495.49 annually. Employees will have the opportunity to move through the posted range based on annual performance reviews and merit increases.

Position Information Under the direction of the Deputy Director, the Facilities Manager provides oversight and coordination for facility maintenance and safety for the park, including coordinating in-house projects and assisting with the coordination of external projects.
The primary responsibility of the Facilities Manager is to maintain the grounds, infrastructure and fleet of the assigned location so that they remain safe, efficient and aesthetically pleasing for our staff, animals and guests while contributing to the continued success and growth of the organization’s mission.
