Responsibilities:
Manage, gather, analyze, and enter/refresh data for client meetings
Update financial planning tools and generate meeting presentations
Review client meeting notes for follow up actions
Create deliverables after client meetings Respond to client requests and inquiries
Responsible for coordinating client meeting process Assist colleagues as needed
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in the financial services industry
Proficient in: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) CRM/Salesforce
Ability to analyze, prioritize, organize and problem solve Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
Self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented Ability to work independently
