The eTail Associate Content Specialist will be a contributor in content creation, curation and syndication across our strategic and grocery retailers, ultimately delivering an engaging experience for Nature Made and MegaFood customers. This person will coordinate the curation and syndication of eCommerce content for Amazon and key omni-channel retailers with responsibilities including: assisting in new item setup, maintaining current content claims, labels and images across essential and enhanced content, management of Synidgo's Core content publishing to grocery customers and overall video management. The eTail Associate Content Specialist reports to the Nature Made Sr eCommerce Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:

  • Assisting the Sr eTail Content Specialist(s) in special projects related to maintaining current content best practices, labels and claims across essential and enhanced content.

  • Owner of Core Content for Megafood and Nature Made

  • Coordinating with internal brand, Creative Services, Brand Activation, Digital, Legal, Medical Scientific Communications, Regulatory Affairs and Sales teams to develop and maintain best-in-class content and creative assets that convert.

  • Becoming a super-user of tools including: Vendor Central, 1World Sync, Salsify and Syndigo Core Content in order publish to content to Retailer Pages.

  • Contributing reviewer and editor for content, including making Regulatory and Legal edits, before posting to retailer pages

  • Project management ownership: track changes by item, consolidate project plans, managing all details and timings while ensuring completeness and going live on sites

  • Proactively monitoring content health, Consumer Q&A / Reviews and competitive landscape, identifying the opportunity for content improvement.

  • Acts in a quality assurance role to make sure all product pages are accurate and functioning optimally on eRetail sites.

  • Conducting regular audits to ensure existing brand, category and product pages maintain accuracy.

  • Creating optimization plans to increase product ranking and manage through resolution.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a high energetic team player with the ability to interface with all levels and functions efficiently in a fast-paced environment. He/or she is a creative problem solver with great attention to detail and experience working with eCommerce content management/workflows. This person is knowledgeable about retailer's go-to-market digital strategies and eCommerce best practices regarding content.

Critical Success Factors

You'll be most successful in this role if you have:

  • Experience working with product content syndication tools: Salsify, Amazon Vendor Central, Syndigo, 1WorldSynch and digital asset management systems.

  • Experience with content management best practices as well as a strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization and keyword strategy.

  • Exhibited meticulous attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills.

  • Ability to anticipate bottlenecks and prioritize work with a sense of urgency/ownership to meet deadlines.

  • Experience successfully partnering with cross-functional teams is required.

Capabilities & Skills Required

In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have:

  • 1+ years of eCommerce content or relevant digital experience preferably in ecommerce or digital agency.

  • Four-year college or university degree.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

  • CPG Industry, experience in health and wellness is a plus.

Annual Pay

Annual Pay Range

$81,488.00 - $122,283.00

This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate's starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
