Equipment Operator II - Water Services

The selected candidates will be eligible for:
$3,000 SIGNING BONUS *
$4,000 annual CDL Stipend (if applicable)*

This position is approved for a Voluntary Career Progression program that allows employees to be advanced to the appropriate next level position within their current division.
It takes someone very special to be an Equipment Operator II who operates heavy machinery and to repair/maintain water systems! And we are looking for YOU to utilize that special talent to make a difference in our community as an Equipment Operator II

As an Equipment Operator II, you will work as part of a team utilizing those special talents to:

Operate backhoes, dump trucks, tanker trucks, and vacuum trucks.
Install and repair water service lines and assist in the repair of water mains.
Assist in the restoration of job sites by removing debris, restoring grass, concrete and asphalt surfaces.
Perform administrative tasks associated with execution of work.

This position is deemed an Alpha position so you must have the ability to work in any emergency situations due to weather or operational issues. Must be available for inclement weather, mandatory standby duty, and overtime as needed.
