QUALIFICATIONS:

• The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in sales/technical-sales to enterprise level customers along with:
  • Success in managing technical resources in complex selling processes (where necessary, managing various customers' stakeholders' relationships to get consensus on solution / projects.
  • Selling, managing, designing, implementing and/or supporting large Managed Services offerings.
  • Experience in driving successful customer engagements.
• Strong Presentation Skills.
• Deep knowledge of budgeting and cost mechanics.
• Experience in reviewing and writing contracts and legal process.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to clearly document scope objectives, deliverables, and milestones of a services engagement.
• Knowledge of leading OEM’s UC/UCC such as Cisco, Genesys, Five9’s is critical.
• Other Skills –
  • A successful Engagement Manager will be instrumental in successfully building and closing deals. Relationship building is crucial to this role. Building a strong and healthy relationship is key to successfully selling our value in the marketplace.
  • This person must be able to quickly show expertise and build trust with the WWT Account Team, as well as the Customer.
  • This person must be comfortable with representing WWT at the highest of levels within Fortune 500 companies.
  • This person must be able to lead internal status updates
  • This person must be able to represent the opportunity to an internal review board and explain the proposal.
