Summary
The Drug Rebate Analyst is responsible for reviewing manufacturers' Medicaid Drug Rebate payments to identify disputes and resolve outstanding balances. This role involves verifying claims data, negotiating with drug manufacturers, and researching disputed utilization to prepare accurate resolutions. This is a fully remote position that requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Your role in our mission - Verify claims data by contacting pharmacy and medical providers to ensure accuracy.
- Resolve disputed drug rebate claims by researching utilization and preparing resolution proposals.
- Negotiate with drug manufacturers to settle disputes fairly and accurately.
- Track dispute resolution activities and manage daily work queues to ensure timely processing of invoices.
- Follow up with drug manufacturers to secure payments for outstanding invoices.
What we're looking for - Experience with Medicaid Drug Rebates, medical/pharmacy claims processing, or pharmacy/medical billing (preferred).
- Familiarity with PRIMS, SSRS Reports, Process Manager, or other drug rebate systems (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PDF editing software (Adobe, Nitro Pro, PDF Escape).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a paperless environment.

The pay range for this position is $29,800.00 - $42,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
