Part Time Driver/Owatonna
Job Summary:
Safely operate commercial motor vehicles, forklifts, and other material handling
and packaging equipment for preparation for shipping and delivery of printed
materials.
Major Responsibilities:
Load, unload and transport cargo to and from specified destinations.
Verify load to ensure conformance with shipping documents and ensure the
load is secure and evenly distributed.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, refuel trucks and report any
problems to the supervisor.
Comply with all DOT standards and regulations, including hours of service
logs, and drivers vehicle inspection reports (DVIR).
When not transporting cargo, assist in pulling and preparing orders for
shipment, unloading trucks, working in the mailroom, staging and stocking
incoming materials.
Submit all documentation to the Transportation Manager within the
specified time.
Make periodic overnight deliveries.
Perform other duties as directed by your supervisor.
$20 per hour/10-14 hours per week.
Requirements:
Valid Class C MN Drivers license
