The ideal Director of Sales candidate must live in the Midwest region of the US and have a track record of sales success. Must have excellent communication, negotiation, organization, and time management skills; must be competitive, motivated and a self-starter. It is critical that the candidate must be willing to travel (overnight) on a weekly basis to call on customers in the Midwest.
