Salaryrange is $68,000 - $70,000per year | Credit for experience will be given
On-call rotation every 4 weeks with a $110 stipend for that week

Through effective leadership and collaboration with the team, you will foster a culture of excellence, ensuring that all aspects of environmental services, from housekeeping to waste management, are executed efficiently and with high attention to detail. Ultimately, your dedication to enhancing the quality of life for residents will contribute to a warm and inviting atmosphere where they can thrive and feel at home.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, working 8:00AM to 4:30 PM - depending on building needs
On-call for issues needing immediate support

What you will need:

2+ years of experience in maintenance, working at an assisted living or multifamily housing building
1+ year of experience working in a supervisory or management role
Must have or be able to obtain a Grade C Chief Boiler's License
Must have or be able to obtain a Pool Operators Certificate
